Role
Interactive Media Designer

In collaboration with worksofar studio, AVA Animation & Visual Arts, and Sorkhabi International, we developed an interactive media installation celebrating the 50th anniversary of the CN Tower and Canada's role as a host nation for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Located in the Lower Observation Level of the CN Tower in Toronto, the installation features three ultra-wide digital screens that respond in real time to visitor presence and movement, transforming the space into an engaging and participatory experience.

The visual content was curated by AVA Animation & Visual Arts and commissioned from a group of artists. The exhibition is structured around seven thematic chapters: one artwork representing each decade of the CN Tower's history, alongside two FIFA World Cup-inspired scenes. Historical photographs and archival material from the CN Tower were also integrated into the experience, allowing visitors to interact with moments from the landmark's past through real-time visual responses.

Our role was to translate each artist's work into an interactive experience while preserving the unique character of every piece. We designed and developed the real-time interaction systems, adding layers of responsiveness and playful engagement that encouraged visitors to actively participate with the content. Across all three screens, the installation blends contemporary digital art, historical storytelling, and interactive technology into a cohesive experience that celebrates both the legacy of the CN Tower and the excitement surrounding the FIFA World Cup 2026.

By connecting visitors with artworks spanning five decades of history and two FIFA-themed experiences, the project creates a shared moment of exploration, play, and discovery within one of Canada's most iconic landmarks.
