In collaboration with worksofar studio, we created The Interactive Kaleidoscope, an immersive installation presented at Twist Museum of Illusions in London. Inspired by the classic handheld kaleidoscope, we reimagined it as a walk-in experience that merges traditional visual play with contemporary interactive technology.

As visitors step inside the large-scale structure, they’re enveloped by mirrors and light, instantly becoming part of an ever-evolving pattern of reflections.

The installation reacts in real time to the audience's movements—transforming each person's presence into dynamic kaleidoscopic visuals. No two experiences are ever the same.

The visual journey transitions from minimal 2D geometry—circles, lines, pentagons—to photorealistic 3D environments. This shift explores the boundary between flatness and depth, creating a fluid motion from abstract to tangible. Every scene is audio-reactive, and participants can also manipulate the soundscapes, turning the kaleidoscope into a generative audiovisual instrument.

Throughout the year, the visuals adapt to seasonal themes—like snowflakes and Christmas ornaments during the holidays—constantly refreshing the infinite mirrored worlds with new motifs and moods.
